Meesho Online Shopping — Flagging without notice

I am regular custmer of meesho since 1 and 1/2 years. but today they flag me without notice. my refunds are blocked & return parsals are also pending. PLS CHECK & SOLVE MY PROBLEM .MY PAYMENTS & RETURNS.
