On 17th Oct 24, I tried to place an order on Meesho.com. Order failed and Rs 4599 deducted from my RBL credit card ending with 42. Got a msg that order could not be placed due to technical issues, any amount deducted will be refunded in 24 hrs.
I tried placing an order with another RBL card ending with 76. Same error msg, order not placed and Rs 4599 deducted from another credit card.
Its now more than 72 hrs still money not refunded. When I contacted Meesho they say that they have not received any money and ask me to raise a chargeback with RBL. Was this information helpful? |
