I ordered a product from Meesho, but I received a different/wrong product. Therefore, I raised a return request.
The return request was made for my order dated 08.10.2026. My AWB number is SF[protected]FPL.
The delivery boy's phone number is: [protected].
A Shadowfax delivery boy came for the return pickup, but he refused to take the parcel, saying that the product was different. He also told me that if I wanted him to take the parcel, I would have to pay an additional charge.
I refused to pay any extra charge, so he did not take the parcel and the return pickup was not completed.
Now, the delivery boy calls me every day and gives 3 missed calls and then leaves. Whenever I call him back, he does not answer my phone. This is causing unnecessary inconvenience and harassment.
Please look into this matter and arrange the return pickup as soon as possible. Since I received a different product, I should not be asked to pay any additional pickup charges.
Please investigate this issue, take appropriate action regarding the delivery boy, and complete my return and refund process at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
