Official Complaint. Oct-Nov 2025 Purchasing clotes on Meesho website, as was visiting my elderly mother in India.
I am writing to formally request an immediate refund for my recent Meesho orders, which I never received but I had returned as per your return policy.
I had purchased several clothing items for my elderly mother (in her 90s). Some items did not fit properly, so I returned them through your platform following all instructions.
However, I was shocked to find that my Meesho account has been blocked without any explanation, and I have not received the refund for my returned items. Despite multiple calls to your customer service, your representatives were unable to provide a valid reason for the account block or any update regarding my refund.
This situation has caused unnecessary distress and inconvenience. I have always paid promptly and followed your return policies in good faith. As an overseas customer, I trusted Meesho to provide the same level of respect and service that global customers expect.
Please treat this as a formal complaint and refund request.
I request: A full Refund of all returned items and Paid items that were Never Recevied back to my original Paytm payment method.
A written explanation for why my account was blocked, without a reason?
Confirmation of when I can expect the refund to be processed.
