I have purchased a Boat Airdopes 281 pro through a Facebook ad posted by company name Rocket Sound on 10th Feb, 2020 by making a payment of Rs.223.45 through payu . I got a payment confirmation mail from payu in which merchant name was written MEETKUMAR BHARATBHAI RAMANI with Transaction Id. [protected].
But till today i have not received any confirmation from their side neither i have received my order
While making the payment i have taken all the screenshots of success payment and order placed . I am attaching all the screenshots for your reference.
