Mefashionista.com — non receiving the order till date

I have ordered a product (Order n0.37086, dated-10/12.2018) to the company but till date i have not recieved the item.

I have mailed many times to remind the same in company portal but no reply has been recieved yet. They are not replying anymore. They dont have phone no. On there website. So it is a bit difficult to communicate them.

Now it was seen that my account has been suspended.

So i request you do the needful for the same.
