Megacosm India Typing — Company took money from me and did not refund.

There is a Akansha, who asked me to pay 2500rs. And said they are refundable after completing the application. I paid the amount and then she asked to pay Rs.5500 as form filling charges. It was also refundable amount as per her statement. Then again she demanded Rs. 8500, but I denied and asked her to cancel my application.
She said that I will get my amount back. But now she is not picking my call not even replying my messages.
