Megamart — Regarding defected cherokee jacket item number[protected]

I had bought jacket cost Rs.2799 from mega mart Koramangla 80 Feet Road bill no. U64201GJ1995PLC024598 after usage of 3 months jacket zip got torn, had given the jacket for getting repair to megamart Koramangala branch - serial number of the complaint receipt is 19 and jacket handover date to store is 14-Feb-2015. I was told by the store manager Somanetial mobile number [protected] that the jacket will be sent to head office and will repair within 4 days . Since that time I had given 2 calls per day but no proper response from store side, they always told to call next working day. After almost one month i.e. 8-Mar-2015. I was told to collect the jacket as megamart is not having any solution for same.
