Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards water leakage from the water tank of our neighbour daily which cause dampness in our house. Unfortunately, it's been a long time, and it's causing many problems. The complaint has been lodged before but it's has not been rectified even after a two months.
On the one hand, a lot of water is being wasted and on the other hand due to mud and slipperiness on the roof residents are facing many problems. Along with the pet dog of our neighbour (Megha and Manish Sharma) poop in front of our door and common area everyday. We have tried to resolve this matter with my neighbour but they are not ready to solve this issue and used abusive language for me and my mother.
Please fix it immediately without any delay. I will be grateful to you and am attaching video of overflow water tank for your record and action.
