[Resolved]  Meghrika Ethnics — Misleading products on website and no return / refunds

I had ordered the chikankari salwar suit on 28th Dec 2025 and paid Rs. 1209/- using credit card. I received the order on 31st Dec. I raised a return request on 1st Jan 2026 on their website informing of the poor quality of the material and the fact that it’s not chikankari work and that there is huge difference between the advertised product and the one shipped to me. I attached the pictures of the product. Today is 6th Jan 2026, nobody contacted me so far to return the product from the company’s side. I tried calling them on their number mentioned on the website and there is no response. I want my money back.
