I bought an membership, membership no. TH2115 which is managed by LoyalTree, the company is registered under the name MegSeeD (OPC) pvt ltd. The email address of the [protected]@loyaltree.net. Before buying the membership the offers and services described to me were different and while using and again asking for the services from them they contradicted the offers and services what were communicated and applied certain terms and conditions. I bought the membership on 26th Feb 2021 at Rs.43150. And next day on 27th Feb 2021, I asked them for the cancelling the membership as they were not providing what was promised. So i asked them to cancel and refund the amount to me but they simply denied the same. I have not used any service from their side and i also dont want to use. I just want the complete refund for the same.
