I have ordered Chicken Biryani from Mehfil Restaurant through Swiggy App. Food delivered & we found some broken glass pieces in that food. We found it when we are just about to eat. If we ate it, anything happened to us, .. who will take the responsibility. Neither Swiggy App people reverted nor Mehfil Restaurant management. We have a raise a complaint in FSSAI Consumer Grievance& ticket number is [protected]. I have raised complaint on 19th May when we got the food through Swiggy App from MEHFIL Restaurant. Nothing has materialized till now. We have so much trust on these consumer help lines. But, issues are not resolved. Could you please look into this. Was this information helpful? |
