Hi SBI Bank Team, As per discussion with your customer-care executive, my brother got a call from unknown person([protected]) and he shared the detail of the debit card including ATM PIN, expiry dates, etc. Then the transaction worth Rs. 5, 000 happened From SBIBUDDY APPS. I request to investigate the details about it and Refund the amt in my account. as it was a fraud. Below is the details as requested, to start with investigation. * name of the bank : State Bank Of India. (SBI). * type of card [VISA/Master/Maestro/American Express] : Maestro * last 4 digits of DC number : 7518 ( Starting 3 digit Number of DC - 622) * date of charge : 25-DEC-2015. (Time: Around 11.30 AM) * amount of charge : 5000 Rs. * Name on Card : Mehul Patel. * Phone : [protected] / [protected]. Below is the message which I got from Bank after that "Fraud" thransaction : "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 622XX7518 for a Purchase Worth Rs5000 on POS SBIBUDDY at SBIBUDDY txn# ET[protected]". Please do the needful ASAP. I hope you can understand the sense o[censored]rgency and my condition. As discussed, Here I attach Cyber Crime Branch Police Application, My AccountS Details, My ATM Card No, Bank Statement. i Request you please transfer my whole amount (Rs.5000) in my SBI Account.
