Melar Health Foods — Fraud and cheating - Not return investment amount

I paid 3 lakhs for business start up as Super stockist in my home town ( Ramanathapuram, Tamilnadu). Money tranffered through Bank and the team came and met me but they are not work in field. I continuously talk to company MD. Satish dixit around three months . he is not willing to dispatch material or refund he investment. The company MD has poor leadership, poor communication and poor business plan. I approached all over side but until now i didn't get my money. I am paying monthly EMI without business due to initial capital. I advised to all that don't believe his company for furthermore and don't agree to pay money without material dispatch. If anybody know this company and MD, kindly advice and help me.
