The promoter of melur meadows has promoted the company by purchasing lands out of the money received from grabbing my lands in Yedapalli Village Nilgiris district, the company is just a front/proxy to wipe out the fraud of land grabbing and to make money by playing proxy. The title to the land is diputed and hence public are cautioned not to invest in the company as complaint against promoter (M.B.Nanjan) of the company are pending before land grabbing cell Nilgiris district and cheating and criminal breach of trust complaint is also pending before Commissioner of Police Chennai. No, the complaint is stll pending, in fact it is being pending since the Investigation Officer on enquiry is looking into the anble of forgery and impersonation. The Nanjan's - M.B.Nanjan, Rajini Nanjan and their son Group Captain Nanjan Saravanan have been also involved in Forgery to usurp another property of 20+ acres in Baguthampalayam Village in Satyamangalam. Serial Fraudsters.
