Sir,
Yesterday i go to salon for my long hair cut.. They said your hair will look great after hair straightening. I asked how much cost they said 1500rs i said no. Continue with hair cut. They offered the service in 1000 rs. Then i asked about results. They said your hair will straight about 2 to 3 months. I agreed with that.
They started very cheap procedure and did my hair straight through comb. I asked why u doing this through comb and you not using straightner. They said your hair has no need of straightner.
And finally after 1 hour wait they asked to go home and do not shampoo, oil etc. Then i paid 1000 and went home.
Next day morning (Today) i saw my hair as previous condition. They were not straight also many hair was lossed due to reason of hard comb pull.
Then i went salon and said the issue they said today our straightening machine is not working.
I request them but they refused to repair and asked to come after 2 days.
Clearly i noticed they were pretending.
So i complaining you sir. Please look this matter.
According to their cheap service the charges would be 2 to 300 only because it lasts only for 10 hour. And they said that it will be for 2 to 3 months.
