I joined this online data entry company in august but quit it before the due date and as per the clause given in the agreement i paid 4035rs to it and received the termination letter from them.
But yesterday i received an email from them as advocate saying that they will take legal action against me as the third party has filed against me. But there was no mentioned by them at the time of my joining that i have to pay rs 50000 till 3:30pm or i have to come to court. And when i called the organization it said it's not correct. When i asked about the contact information they didn't give any.
