I joined mentro solutions for data entry job in aug-sep, in which they said that i have to complete 700 pages in 7 days with 90% accuracy. If succeed then they will give me 17500/- but if i failed then i have to pay rs4035/- as their charges and they given an agreement mentioning this. When i completed the work i found my qc as failed and i had given rs4035/- as per agreement, then they said that your id has been terminated and agreement is cancelled by sending me a mail and they also send noc certificate saying that no amount is due in starting week of september.
I thought all is being cleared because they were actually threatening me.
But after 2 months, from last two days they are threatening me unnecessarily by sending emails for legal proceedings giving the reason the i have not paid some due amount and has breached the law. Firstly they said that there is no amount due to be paid and they haven't told me about this amount earlier. I called the company for this issue and mailed also about the mails coming to me from advocate associates - mentro solutions but phone numbers they given to me are unreachable and they not replied to my mail. Advocate associates are saying that they send the notice to my postal address and i have to go to court in surat.

Friends please help me out in this issue, they are threatening and i will not pay a single ruppee to them now unnecessarily. Please help me out.
