Hi, I had placed an order on 13th feb 2022 for a red battery ride on car for kids (2 to 6 years). Details of the transaction below:

Phone number on the site - [protected]
Emails - [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@menx.store
Soon after the payment I received an email with above details. i have been trying to contact the customer care since then through the number given on the website but it is switched off. No other contact details are provided on the site. No email for order status has been sent. I am not able to track the shipment of my order. Many emails sent but no revert.
