I have ordered some shoes from the website menx.store and have paid the money online. I did not receive any order confirmation or bill nor have I received the product. The payment was done through the PayU portal and my transaction iD is [protected] and the person that received the payment is GORASIYA MILANKUMAR VALLABHBHAI. Message reads- "Transaction No. [protected] for Rs 548.00 done for GORASIYA MILANKUMAR VALLABHBHAI has succeeded from payu team". I have tried to contact PayU support but haven't got a solution.
