I have placed online order for renewed redmi note 11T through website bookmysale.co.in.
I have tried to reach website but now website is blocked.
I have made payment RS 2499/ for said product on date 15/09/2023. Order no MT001412.
But till date I have no response from company.
Please help me to get back my money.
