I had raised a complaint on a ship in which i was sailing as 4e on june 18 2017.
The complaint was

Hello. I am pravesh vishwakarma 4e sailing in harsha prem. At the time of joining the company said it's good vessel but when i came here it's totally messed up. Specially not sea worthy. Bilges pumped out on every watch. Floor plating on engine room corroded no safety. I have joined just 2 days ago and i want to sign off from this vessel. Please help. I want my safety and not at all.
This message was not having any evidence that i have seen bilges were transfered where. I was having an injury on my left ankle and because of that i scared to be in a ship. This is the reason why i unknowingly sent you an mail. I apologise for the mistake which i done and i am taking my words back. I only did 2 days of watch in engine room and without seeing anything i raised a complaint that was my mistake because i was scared. Finally i signed off the vessel and everything is ok.
I am accepting the fact that nobody has forced me to say this and i want this compaint to be closed permenanlty.
