[Resolved]  Mercedes Benz India — glc 220d wipers juddering during rain and causing noise

Hi,

I had purchased the glc 220d in april 2017 from silver star mercedes benz dealer in hyderabad, india and since then i had the issue of wiper blades juddering during rain.

I had reported to the service advisor during the fsi (Free service inspection) and the dealership said there was no issue but later after i insisted to change the wiper blades they had done but the issue still persisted.

I had later reported the issue issue again and left the vehicle at the dealership for almost 3 weeks. They had changed the windshield, wiper blades, wash fluid and nothing worked. This is a very serious concern which mercedes benz has neglected.

The service centre technicians are unable to solve the issue and even mercedes benz has no solution till date.

I am planning to legally proceed against silver star benz dealer and mercedes benz india for delivering the vehicle without any quality check and even unable to resolve the issue.
