Meridian Restaurant And Takeaway — about the takeaway gst bill

Is this necessary to pay 18% gst to takeaways section where i've read that non a/c restaurants have to pay only 12% gst. I think this goes for take away section also as there is no a/c and nothing i think this should be filed a compliment on it. Please take charge from this looters and moreover they had a very bad servicing please take action on this as soon as possible.
