Sir,
WhatsApp Global Company California, USA has sent mail that my whatsapp mobile number has won Rs. 1 Crore 85 lakhs in Global Award draw, on 14th December, 2020.

The company also asked me to provide personal details including bank details. What I want to know in detail is that - Is it a fraud/fake email or scam played by fraudsters? Or is it true that such draws are held in direct contact with the RBI and Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. Please let me know before I could proceed further.
