Hi sir/madam,
Had an unfortunate experience at metamorphosis, mulund, mumbai .
I took the package of 40,[protected] and got bad effects of treatment from first session.
I got in touch with the doctor & manager ujwala patil and i was told that within few sessions you will see the difference, no matter however your daily schedule and blah.. Blah... I agreed and got enrolled for it and weight reduction.
Forget 7 sessions even after 10-11 sessions my weight didn’t decrease instead started increasing. I used to complain it to dr.Ujwala right from the 6th session. She said it will reduce gradually and asked me to start walking 3 kms in the morning . I did the same until few session and still doing it, unfortunately. Then dr. Ujwala put me to a dietician, who was on board with them that time. She met me and advised me to go for some particular change in my diets and i agreed. But even that went vain, because due to her negligence i had to be hospitalised for three days as my blood pressure collapsed . The test that my doctors wanted me to do to find out the exact reason even costed me a bomb. When i escalated to so called dr ujwala (Not sure if she carries a proper degree) i was told that he results vary .I agree results might vary from person to person, but there can’t be no results at all.
Then when asked for re-imbursement she cleverly escaped saying, i can’t do anything, but you can avail other services. I said no at that time. Then i got in touch with nandita from their corporate office, who considers herself very smart and spoke to me for half an hour on the phone saying if i have anything in writing . I don’t know why you are saying like this, we can’t reimburse your money as that is not metamorphosis policy. Instead of consoling me she was so rude.
I need refund of money as it is that have wasted a lot my time and efforts. It also seems that their accounting software has some issues whenever asked for the details of my payment.
Now for the last two weeks, when trying to call up dr ujwala she refuses to come on the call, giving me reasons.I totally sympathize that she is getting married and her priorities are different but not at the cost of your clients.
Hence planning to file a law suit against metamorphosis for the insult, cheating and embarrassment they put me on. I feel so embarrassed to walk with so much of weight on my tummy now. I am not going to spare them. I am putting this on all leading social media sites.
