HI Sir,
on February 6th, 2020 saturday morning.the EB staffcame to my house and i asked for the reason.but he behaved un respectfully .Also not saying any reason and go into the meter . when asked the reason looking eter delayed payment and i told we are paying prperly this is common line it was missed unfortunately.but For that, the staff began shouting at me in an uncultured manner. the de;ayed bill payment and fuse removal i completely acceptable but hoiw he can speak rudly to consumer.
Taking meter reading is part of the job. However, their attitude is such that they are doing some favor for the residents. I would really appreciate if you could guide the meter reading staff to be courteous and show respect to the residents. Was this information helpful? |
