Metrics Infotech — Demanding money if work not submitted.

Address:Gujarat, India

One of The Metrics Infotech employees first e-mailed me regarding their form fill up work. I replied that I am interested by seeing their offerings that they provide 580 forms to fill up out of which I have to give minimum 520 forms correct or 95% accuracy within 6 days . Then they will pay me[protected] rupees .
For this she told me to give my Adhar card photo, my Signature & my selfie photo though a link provided by them. Also that person told about terms & conditions of the company which was not clearly audible over phone. She told me that I can start work without any registration charges with a login ID & Password. I thought if the work will not be completed within timeline, then nothing to worry- my work will be cancelled.
But when I did some 20 forms in a day after coming from office at 7 PM, I felt that it would take around 5-6 hours a day to complete 100 forms a day. Likewise in 6 days, it will be 580 forms. But I have not so time nor I have stamina to continue work after my daily office work (10 am - 6 pm).
So I decided to quit the work from the first day trial. I also informed the same fact by mail also. She replied me next day by mail that She would me call later. But no call from their side anymore. I thought that form fill up work chapter is over. But after 7 days, one Advocate told me that if you are not able to complete the task, then why you took it. You have to be present at Jamnagar, Gujarat Court with a challan amount of 37, 950 provided in a mail from District court. Otherwise I will be arrest. I became worried. I am a resident of Odisha state. Is it possible for me to be present at Jamnagar within 4-5 days for Court legal work ?
Then I talked with one of their employees and asked why I will be paying such a huge amount of money, when I have not earned anything from work. He told me you should read the Agreement paper before starting work. You have to pay Application fees (5000 rupees) as well as you have to clear your No Objection Certificate for further Legal Proceedings as company has faced loss due to incomplete work. I told I can pay only 5000 rupees, not more than that. I paid also that much.
But then another Advocate called me next day that you have to pay a minimum of 22, 500 rupees to clear NOC for legal proceedings.
What a company it is ? It is cheating people by providing them a heavy workload. If not complete in time, then it is demanding a huge amount of money according to its own wish/choice for their business loss. Are we fool to pay them whatever money they claim, may be 40, 000/50, 000 ?
