Metro homes, Pune real estate broker had offered discount of Rs. 23000 against booking at Kolte patil project at Life republic pune. It was mailed by metro homes to Kolte patil for additional discount which suppose to refund by Metro homes..but now Kolte patil said that they dont have concern about it..as discount given by Metro homes where kolte patil is not responsible..But Mail given to Kolte patil by metro homes.. I booked the flat and discount supposed to reimburse by broker agent after 45 days of agreement but now Metro homes also stop responding and blocked my number..I am continues following up but no response..Attached mail communication from broker metro homes to kolte patil..
