This is regarding a fraud company named metro inn which operates hostel/ pg accommodation in chennai. This metro inn does not cater to its customers in a professional manner more over their customer support contact i. E cristie who uses foul language to its customers.
They have a very unprofessional practice of not refunding the security amount to they customers who are vacating the accommodation.
They also deny proving details of the so called company for further legal actions.
They threaten their customers that this accommodation is run by advocates and won't refund the security deposit due to the customers.
It seems that this is a bunch of people running this with no license or permit.
