I invested in Lotus Valley, Jaipur project of Metro Max Infrastructure Pvt Ltd- Registered office:F119, Janpath, Shyam Nagar, Jaipur, -302019. Corporate Office: D-12, 1st Floor, Opposite B-9, Gate 1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070. Full payment was made in September2013. The company did not give possession. In November, 2014, company sent a written letter committing to give possession by March 2015. Otherwise to refund money. The possession has not been given . Their representative in Delhi Mr Nikhil Sharma, Mobile number [protected] is totally non -committal.Making vague commitments like it will be given in June / September.
