Metro Residency — Rabid dog

Hello Team,
This is regarding, Group of Rabid Dogs in Metro Residency.
These dogs have harmed 20 people as of now from kids to old aged.
We have 15 dog lovers who are against taking any cation on them, KDMC have sterilized the dogs and again left them in our complex this is valid as per under section 38 but only for harmless stray dogs and not Rabid dogs (पिसाळला कुत्रा). We have 8-10 dogs in our complex. It is my humble request to resolve this issue urgently.
