Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that our neighboring society called Metropolis- Insignia, which is under construction, faced this problem from the beginning. They don't follow building codes.
They had temporarily covered the boundary with some pipes and green cloth which broke and fell down due to the wind, that too inside our boundary wall. Although the building should be at least 30-35 floors, no safety precautions have been taken. On the other side, they have protected the area with an iron sheet. After complaining, the people showed a bit more honesty and installed an iron plate, but it also broke within a few days. Repeatedly laying pipes on the wall in this way has also caused cracks in the wall. At present some iron materials are falling within our limits. It can hurt anyone at any time.
There is a sewerage line between us and their society, which they are also modifying, they have not given us any information about it. As if the dirt is not going out and is coming back through the pipe. We have also complained to TMC about this.
Mr. Kalpesh and Mr. Snehal Kangde, the people we spoke to. There is no security system in the parking tower which is still erected. All construction materials fall within our Bundri. The space between the two boundaries is filled from above rather than from below. During monsoons, when the area is flooded, the water pressure can cause your wall to collapse.
We request you to please visit once and check the under construction site properly. For this we need your cooperation and help.
