They have promised us the report of same day
but not received the Report - we have been fooling with so many times every day with them m - after so much follow up they came back and mentioning sample lost and need sample again -
Never bother to apologies too, not senior person came on call inspite of so much request .
Never expected this kind of attitude and negligence from one of Top lab in India
We can't trust them any more
We asked for the Refund and Compensation for the mental torture
Which they are refusing
