I gave blood sample and i was told by your call center person i will get report by 7 in evening same day. The blood sample was taken at 12.30 noon from 86 year serious patient, it is 24 hrs passed not yet received. They gave the lame excuse that machine broke down .
Highly unethical and unprofessional attitude. We are not able to start the treatment because no report available, if patient dies because of no report it is on metropolis, Was this information helpful? |
