I booked parcel to Bangalore on 23-10-23 LR NO : 2691225. But till day parcel not delivered. i am calling many times to arakkonam branch no response .they gave GM number he is also not responding. He told that He is not responsible for missed parcel. today i spoken with arakkonam branch, Representative person speaking rudely with harsh words, I am totally disappointed with this service, before this i did lot of business with them, check with my registered mobile number, I want an immediate resolution kindly do the needful.
