Dear Sir / Madam
First of all, thanks for your valuable service and goodwill at the PAN india level. Actually, I like your service. Last month I sent my scooter & Cot with a bed from Chengalpattu to Thiruvarur.
But I was totally disappointed when I received the scooter from Thiruvarur to Chengalpattu. The scooter received 4 days late due to thiruvarur manager forgetting to send, witnessed by Mr.Balu from Chengalpattu branch.

Received Damaged Conditions Below: (Find the attached images for your ref)
* No Packing (Parcel)
* Speeda meter cover damage with gap.
* Pillion & near speeda meter scratch.
* Side near foot rust no screw in open condition.
* Back tyre panchar.
* Silencer cover damaged and
* After service only coming to know further issues.
Currently I am facing the issue of damaged parts and certification by scooter mechanic, also confirmed due to the very bad handling of your employees moving from Thiruvarur to Chengalpattu. Required and Rectified to solve this difficulty from my end.
Note: Kindly punish & charge from the concerned employee and settle my loss.
