Mewar Hastkala Emporium, Udaipur — Bed Sheet and razai set

We had bought one bedsheet, pillow covers and razai set from mewar hastkala kenddra on 06.10.2014, amounting rs 5880. We were said that razai will keep us warm in winter and cool in summer. It is washable and having 5 years warranty. On first day o[censored]sing it started getting torn. It was very uncomfortable in using. The cloth of it was getting damaged day by day. So we had stopped using it. It was again happened to visit udaipur so we had visited mewar hastkala kendra on 14.11.2015 and asked for refund. A person at the store behaved very badly with us and denied for refund. So to resolve the issue we had asked them to provide replacement. They replaced entire set with 2 razai and said that price of those two razai is 5730/-. We had no option but to accept it. We know we have been cheated. Plz help in resolving this
