I got a DM on insta saying if im looking for freelance work (this person later blocked or deleted the chat) after saying yes I got a message on whatsapp saying to share adhar card which i hesitated but when they called and reassured i send the details. One guy named Nikhil called on whastsapp and asked to fill the details with him like passport photo and sign. HAE JUST ASKED ME IF I HAVE LAPTOP AND INTERNET then i can work and ill get 15000 for 5000 captcha in 5 days and he also mentioned I'll get a call and I just have to say yes because it is a robotic call. After starting work that same day I can see captchas are designed to purposefully fail you seeing this I dropped them an email and asked until I need clarity i will not proceed with work i never heard from them today i am receiving a penalty notice saying i have to pay 45k???? This is scam!! They are scaming innocent people who dont know much about agreemnets. Agreement pages were not visible but this person told me it is just written how much salary i'll get and if i'm not submitting i'll not ge paid which is fair but asking me in return to pay? its just been 6 days with them.
