Mg Motors India — Registration certificate Error

I purchase MG Hector Diesel on 23rd February 2023 from MG Delhi West (Kirti Nagar). I was very excited to be a part of MG family but things not happening as thought. Its been a very bad sales experience its been 3 months no resolution.

I purchased vehicle 100% on payment basis but upon delivery ceremony when was signing documents observed that document read that vehicle has been taken on Loan from ICICI bank the very same moment i notified sales person he told its their clerical mistake which will be rectified within a month buts been over 3 months from sale date still no resolution provided i have been constantly in touch but every time i get response that its under process. Its so much harassment from customer point of view.

Prospective buyers should be cautious..
