I executed AMC service contract in October 2024 with MG motors tambaram sanatorium. The dealer never sends service due date to me. I personally asked them to take 3rd service and sent yesterday. Service related cooperation with me was very poor. My two wheeler TN11AY8174 experienced starting problem soon after completion of service. New battery was installed duri g 2nd service. Service manager was lethargic about my complaint. They took back my two wheeler after service dud to starting problem. After my visit abroad I returned on 3rd August 2025 and reminded the dealer to drop my two wheeler soon. I also informed the dealer to cancel my AMC and requested to refund the AMC admissible charges based on their poor service record with respect to my two wheeler. Manager replied that they will not refund. Manager's was response to give explanation about the poor service.
