Mgrm Net Limited — Salary issue

I have joined mgrm net limited company on july 21, 2016. they have appointed me as a data entry operator in kendriya vidyalaya masjid moth, new delhi. but they have not given salary till now.

When i go to the mgrm office for salary, they do not allow me to enter inside. they say that i can only communicate them through emails or phone. from last 3 months, when i call them, they tell me to have patience only instead of paying. but they have never responded a single emails till now.

Please help me.
