I have completed my mba degree from mahatma gandhi university meghalay during[protected] through distance mode from mumbai so can anyone tell me that is my degree valid or not as per ugc guideline they stated that mahatma gandhi university can't offer degree through distance mode outside state by any offcampus study centre. I too had completed my mba through study centre of mahatma gandhi university and recently gaved mhcet taking admission for law in maharashtra so is my degree valid to take admission in maharashtra.
