Mh 47 - The Bike Point — unethical trade practice

I had bought a used two-wheeler/motocycle - Hero PassionPro from this used bikes dealer, after promises by the owner Mr. Anil that the bike didn't have any mechanical issues and also there were no traffic violation dues on the said motobike. On the same day I bought this bike, while I was on my way back home the clutch heated up and emitted burning smell. I had to replace the clutch assembly for INR 2, 500. I followed up with Anil many times to pay me for this repair work although he had confirmed that there was no mechanical issue. My mechanic had confirmed that the clutch was already in very bad condition.
Secondly, after a few days I checked on the mumbai traffic app that the earlier owner had not paid traffic violation dues amounting to INR 2, 000. There were 4 traffic violation instances.
I was receiving messages from authorities and also received a court summon causing anxiety in me although it was not my fault. Till date (4th Jan 2025), it has been more than 5 months now, 'MH 47 - The Bike Point' has been promising that they will get the dues paid and that they have already paid the sum to the agent. THe dues are still pending and they are making false promises.
I dont know what to do now, as the trade is happened in an unregulated market and I have no recourse.
