My name is hiren saraiya. I take possession on july 2018 at flat no.904, 4a building, gavanpada, mulund (E) pmgp colony.in my flat i found that floor tiles is not properly fixed in hall (It is pokal - less material used) also in toilet front area (Flush tank) the pipe is likage due to likage in below floor celling area. Two lift out of one lift is not working, wastage/garbage is in passage area, in terrace tiles not fixed. I paid maintenance for 1 year to mhada. My question is before doing possession mhada contractor (Shirke) can done this work after completion of all work done than after giving possession to public.
