Michael Kors India — Color of the mk bag came out by a drop of water

I had purchased a crossbody bag (Peach pink) model no[protected]
From michael kors dlf emporio, ground floor, dlf emporio vasant kunj
New delhi, on 31st july 2016 which was on 50%discount. I was told
That it has a 1 year warranty. I took the bag once for an evening
Dinner where a drop of water fell on it and the color chipped off on my
Clothes; when the matter was reported to the showroom from where i
Purchased (Dlf emporio), a fellow named kapil took the photograph and
Told me that he will report the matter and he doubts anything can be
Done but he will let us know the feedback.

I am a regular user of mk bags, proud owner of more than 15+ bags,
All purchased from us and never faced any problem even when they were used in rain.
This particular bag was purchased from india, and with a drop of water the
Colour came out.

Mr. Kapil was so indifferent, when i asked him
About the feedback, i got the message that it has not been approved by
The brand and considered as the case of misuse.

Is this the way premium brands like mk treats its customers?

He never shared with me the official feedback and how does one judge what
Went wrong with just a photograph on whatsup, in spite of my repeatedly
Requesting him to show the bag to the concerned authorities he outwardly
Refused me that a small photo will do, when i told me that i can prove
To him that with a single drop of water the colour is coming out he
Refused to listen and see.

All of this is making me believe that the product that dlf emporio is selling is fake and not original.

I hope that mk would look into this and get back to me with a solution which is satisfactory as well as logical.

Mr. Kapil is not ready to pick up my call also so kindly help me in this matter.
