Poor customer service & no Reply about my System
I gave my System for the complaint of not booting, they said give to us we will service & give it back to you in two days & also they said once its get ready we will call you
* I call after two day thay said technician is not there call tomorrow.
* I called the next day, They said we will check and tell you, No reply for 10 minutes & said we will call you
* Next time, I went directly after two day Asked for the system, they search for my system and said " Your system is ready but it is not booting"
* I gave the system only for not booting, but they said as if they rectified every thing. Then after my reply they said " ok sir will service it and give you tomorrow,
* Then almost 10 days have gone, whenever I call, They will Say "We Will Check and tell you" But No reply for 10 days
* Next day I went directly to the shop, they said your system is ready but it is not booting. I said No problem, I will take back my system.
* After 15 days I have take my system for Worst Micro Saravana Computer for simple complaint of not booting.
I Like to this share because I cant able to do anything for this kind of people. Pls don't go here and get mental stress.
