Problem: Printer cartridge issue

On the date of 21st march, 2022, we purchased HP office jet pro 7740 CN21175027 from Microsystems. Invoice (No. 7916) of that corresponding has been attached in this mail. At the time of purchase and installation no one had informed that it was set up cartridge. Not even in any of the document they had informed. You can refer that in invoice attached here.

So far, we have taken just few prints only. After few days, print didn’t come and in printer display shows “cartridges depleted”. Because of that the ink got dried up in very short duration. So, we raised a customer complaint to HP print. So, on 10th April, 2023, service engineer came for service. After service he gave a written document mentioning those ‘set up cartridge’ has to be replaced with ‘regular standard cartridge’. After that only we came to know it was set up cartridge. But no action was taken for replacement and also we didn’t get proper response. If we call them, they are claiming amount to be paid for that.

So because of this we are totally frustrated. Kindly take immediate action.
