Microloan — Personal loan Lending application malpractices

Dear sir,
This complain regarding micro loan mobile application for instant loan.This company provide loan for a tenure of 7 days with interest and charges around 35% falsely presented in play store I am attaching screenshots of that also. If we fail to repay on due date the company start calling our entire contact list and also creating whatsap group to defame me and my family.its privacy breach to access my contact list tough we give permission to access contact during installation of app for proper functioning.
The important matter this company send message in watzap that I am a online fraud and I took money by giving the guarantor name of that particular person they are sending watzap .also threatening them to pay .
They care not following any of RBIfare practices.
They not mention the NBFC detailsalso

Sir, please look into matter seriously.
I have the entire proof wat I mentioned.
