Microtech Systems Pvt Ltd — complaints are not attended properly by workshop personnel

I am using a home ups sebz 900 model sl no. Q14egxcs38853 manufactured by microtech systems pvt ltd which was purchased through your authorised dealer multi-tech systems, kulanada p o pandalam, kerala, in 2014. After the purchase i have had three or four complaints and it was got repaired from their own workshop. Last year i. E. July 2018 also got repaired through them and again on 26.04.2019 the same ups was got repaired by them. They are returning the ups after repair without proper checking at their end whether the system is working or not. This has happened last year also and again it was taken back to their workshop and after checking in my presence it was found that one of fuses was not working and replaced then and there and the system started working. This time also they have returned the ups without checking the working condition and on installation at home the same is not working i. E the main switch is not working on installation. Now i have to again take it back to their workshop to find the reasons for non-working. From these two incidents itself you can imagine how casually and callously they are treating customers complaints. Your immediate remedial action is solicited.
